Bakery at the Lake

I recently visited Bakery at the Lake and had an absolutely fantastic dining experience! We ordered the batter-fried fish and chips, a watermelon mocktail, cream of chicken soup, and the seafood, chicken, and egg fried rice. Every single item was incredibly tasty and packed with flavor.

​Beyond the amazing food, the portion sizes are very generous, and the prices are highly reasonable for the quality you receive. The staff was attentive, friendly, and made the whole experience wonderful. Plus, having street parking available is a great convenience. Highly recommend checking this place out!

Visited Bakery at the Lake recently. It’s a nice location with a lovely view, but the experience was just average. The food and service were okay, but there's definitely room for improvement to make it a more standout spot. It’s decent if you're in the area and looking for a quick bite.

My wife and I visited Bakery At The Lake for their Friday BBQ dinner buffet, and it was truly an outstanding experience. The food was absolutely delicious, with a fantastic variety of dishes that were perfectly prepared and full of flavor.

We had a wonderful evening enjoying the beautiful atmosphere, excellent food, and exceptional hospitality. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile.

Visited Bakery at the Lake and had a mixed experience overall. The location and atmosphere of the place are truly excellent, with a relaxing environment and beautiful surroundings that make it a nice spot to spend time. The ambiance is definitely one of the strongest highlights of the restaurant.

However, the food was quite average compared to expectations. While the presentation was decent, the taste and overall quality did not stand out much. Considering the pricing, the food did not feel fully worth the amount charged, and the overall value for money could be improved.

Despite that, the place itself has a very pleasant setting and is still worth visiting for the atmosphere and experience. With some improvements in food quality and value, the overall dining experience could become much better.

Been here a couple of times now, and the food has been absolutely delicious every single time. I keep coming back for their Chicken Lasagna. It’s probably the best lasagna I’ve ever had. Everything is very tasty and nicely presented. The iced coffee is also one of my favourites.

We also tried the Spicy Chinese Fried Rice. It had gone a little cold by the time it was served, probably because they were waiting for the lasagna to be ready before bringing everything together. Even so, the fried rice was still very tasty, so it really wasn’t a big issue.

The staff are very friendly and welcoming. Ordering is easy, and the food is prepared fairly quickly. The place is also surprisingly calm and quiet considering it’s located in such a busy area, which makes the whole experience even more enjoyable.

I’d say the food is slightly on the expensive side, but it’s definitely worth it because the quality is really good. I believe the place is run by Waters Edge, which probably explains the pricing as well.

Overall, I’ve had a great experience here and will definitely be visiting again. Highly recommended!!
