Great coffee place conveniently located close to the train station. The seating area was comfortable, and the atmosphere was welcoming.

Leah was an awesome host! She was friendly, fun to chat with, and gave great suggestions. We tried the Korean chicken and lemon chicken, and both had great flavor — perfect as a snack. The iced latte was also delicious, made with Nepali coffee, which added a nice touch. Reasonable pricing!

Overall, a lovely spot with good food, great coffee, and excellent service. We’ll definitely be back!

Wow, Coffee Break is Colombo's new trendy beach side cafe - restaurant to enjoy their wonderful ocean views (first floor), scrumptious food and amazing barista coffee. This is a spacious place to relax and enjoy with a great vibe - special mention to Sharaf, Imthiyaz and Thiruni who are extremely welcoming and ensure you have a memorable experience. The coffee is delicious and all close to Bambalapitiya Railway station enabling a quick visit whilst waiting for train.

We visited Coffee Break just by chance because another cafe we wanted to go to was closed, and we haven’t been more glad that we came here. From the atmosphere to the service and to the food, everything was exceptional.
As soon as we came in we were greeted with friendly smiles, an amazing view of the sea and a very extensive and unique menu. I honestly wanted to try everything on the menu because all of them sounded sensational.
However we opted for the Seoul survivor fried chicken burger which was juicy, crispy and an explosion of flavors and we gave it an 8/10. Along with that we tried the S’mores frappe which did not disappoint and earned a 7.5/10. Afterwards we tried the Korean fried chicken wings which were spicy and delicious gaining a 10/10.

Overall, the experience is a 10/10 especially because of the friendly and attentive customer service as well as the owner who is a very friendly person with an amazing vision. Definitely going to come back again!!

I recently visited Coffee Break, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish! The ambience was cozy and inviting, perfect for a relaxed coffee session or a casual meal. The staff were incredibly polite and attentive, and the owner’s friendliness added a personal touch that made the visit even more enjoyable.

I tried their cappuccino and the unique avocado coffee—both were delightful. For the main course, I ordered the grilled chicken with strawberry, and it was absolutely top-notch! The combination of flavors was both creative and delicious, showcasing the thoughtfulness behind their menu.

The variety of unique dishes they offer makes this place a must-visit. I highly recommend Coffee Break to anyone looking for great food, amazing drinks, and an unforgettable experience. Definitely coming back!

This is a newly opened place and it is a hidden gem. You can have a nice coffee and a burger or something to eat and specially, they have Playstation 5 & a pool table for a very small extra charge. Owner and the staff is friendly.

Atmosphere is okay.. But can be improved. So far, being there for 2 times and will visit again.
