A quaint little restaurant nestled on an inner road in Colombo. We dined in at the outlet for lunch for 4 people on a Sunday afternoon and it wasn't very crowded.
There are limited seating options, outdoors had 4 table tops and indoors there were about 5 or 6.
We sat outside as the weather was quite pleasant.
The mocktail (Black currant Mojito) was nicely presented and quite flavorful.
The food was a delightful surprise, with freshly made tacos and home made Nachos arriving at the table nice and hot.
I had the hot butter mushroom taco, as I was tired of eating meat, and it really hit the spot.
Wife had the Beef burrito, which was packed with beans, rice and tender beef, wrapped in that delightful fresh taco.
The kids had the spicy chicken taco and the Nashville cheese chicken taco, and they thoroughly enjoyed it.
The only low point was the desserts unfortunately. The churros were undercooked and the brownie was dry with a basic vanilla ice cream scoop, which was not up to the mark as the rest of the food.
Other than that, I would definitely recommend this restaurant for friends and family alike to have a nice authentic Mexican meal in Sri Lanka.
Unfortunately, no food pics as we were quite hungry and we devoured whatever came to the table before I could take my phone out :)
